The remote worked well straight out of the box for all the basic features. However, there are 2 buttons for Internet and Smart TV but neither work for my TV (LG42). I tried to re-program but it cancelled out all functionality so I reset it back again and it worked as before but again with no Internet or Smart TV access. Quite disappointed. Would not have bought it had I know this.
