Great camera for the beginner or the more experienced photographer. Have been using one for a while and its point and shoot mode makes it a snap to use, or be creative and use it in its full manual modes, this model will not disappoint.

This was my buy of the year from eBay, I was looking for a new camera and canon was the product I chose eBay had many to choose from and most were very reasonable as far as price went . We travel many months of the year and take many photos last year was for six months and I neede a better camera with more features this was perfect and so was the price, the seller was excellent and I could not have ask for more.
The 450D is excellent to use with most of the features of new slr cameras it is small and lite takes great photos the controls are easy to find and has a big screen the only thing a new camera has that I would have liked was the larger resolution pictures but 12.2 mp is not that bad anyway. great camera, great price.
The camera is not suitable for the person who just wants to snap pictures left right and centre The camera can do all the above but it is one built for the keen photographer who likes to fiddle with apertures and speed etc in order to get that perfecy picture
