We got this tv about a month ago. It was easy to set up. We went from a LCD to this so the picture took a bit to get use to (looked different not bad - I think this would have been the same with all LED tv). For our budget this tv has exceeded my expectations - absolutely no issues so far and the picture really is good. The Netflix button on the remote is handy. As far as what is bad about the product, there is nothing really, I got more than what I expected for the price...I am sure there are TV's with better quality picture and sound if I wanted to spend more money, but I have no complaints.

The image quality is good - obviously depends on the quality of the material you are viewing on it. Ultra HD shows on Netflix are awesome - No Doubt. However, the TV doesn't go without it's prblems. It sometimes becomes completely unresponsive and only way to fix this is to switch the power off from the wall. Doesn't happen bery often but frustrating when it does happen. Also - Netflix can sometimes freeze after watching hours of normal TV. So i have to switch the TV off and back on with the remote to get it to work. Annoying - but hey it could be worse. Otherwise I enjoy it and it looks pretty cool hanging on the wall.

The remote control is unresponsive. I have to fight with the SOURCE button to get it respond. Changed the battries still a nightmare. Tried to use YOUTUBE on it but couldn't get to sign in. It kept giving m e codes to enter to activate the account but ended up in an infinite loop of pages that don't get you any where. The TV is far from being a 4K resolution. It might be a basic HD TV as a maximum. Cheap TV and Cheap Quality
