This is not a person you wish to do business with. They are dishonest. They sent the battery separate to the vest and said it would follow 2-3 days later. Took 10 days. Vest was a 2xl instead of 3XL. Seller suggested reselling of give to a friend. Finally offered a 30% refund and then it was on the vest only. After a lot of fighting gave 30% on the price I paid.
If you like hassle, buy off this seller, if you don't want hassle, avoid like the plague.
