Purchased a small bonsai stand on in December which arrived broken on the 29/12/23. See picture below. I contacted the seller who sent out a replacement immediately. This arrived on the 06/01/24, again broken. See picture below. I contacted the seller again, they offered an alternative product at the same price. I offered to return the items and requested a full refund. Com ceased.
I am now in possession of two broken Bonsai stands. I would suggest caution.
On a positive side, delivery is fast.
