A bit weird: one unit arrived broken. Very friendly and promised to send a replacement. It became clear to me, and to Ebay, that the replacement had NOT been sent. Eventually, rather than risk losing the money, I asked Ebay to step in. They reviewed everything and got a refund. I'll give the Seller positive feedback because the broken item wasn't their fault, but they are clearly people who might give you the run-around if things go wrong.
