The phone arrived in excellent condition but in very small and not enough protective (in my opinion) package. Anyway it is really in pristine grade A+, I had many doubts about this when I bought the phone. Thank to the reseller. Total price is not cheap at all, because of import taxes from UK to Italy and because of lack of accessories (no charger, no headphones, etc.).
