I needed a air purifier due to a smokers household. My girlfriend has issues with my smoking & this product takes all the smoke & dust fro the air. it works well in a semi large room. I was a little apprehensive when my wife and I started to look into air purifiers. I was worried that these products promise a lot, but don't deliver. I can assure you that this is not the case with the Honeywell QuietClean HFD-010. We were looking for a smaller air purifier. Something that wouldn't take up too much room and could be easily moved from room to room. The HFD-010 is just the unit. The size and style of this product make the HFD-010 a great unit for smaller rooms (bedrooms and home offices). Upon immediate use, my wife and I noticed a reduction in dust and a much cleaner, purer feeling in the rooms we used this product.

This small fan is perfect for my sewing room area. I have ceiling fans too but I like the way I get a nice breeze blown my way from this air filtering devise.
