Bought a "Opened, never used" Samsung TV from Reliant as a gift for my parents. The TV turned and was clearly a used TV as the aerial socket had been snapped off with remnants of it in the box. Sent back for a refund which only then got processed a week after returning when I chased up. I would not purchase from Reluant again.
