    Quick fix for run down mower

    My mower was surging (probably because of old petrol). Tried three times to strip and clean the carb but didnt solve it. Fitting this took 2 mins (two 10mm bolts) and it’s good as new. I was so close to taking it to the tip, im ashamed to say. Tip; take a clothes peg so you can temporarily close off the petrol tube as you swap the carbs. Or you could pour petrol over your shoes like me.

    Bargain

    For a genuine part this is a good buy. Fitted in 20 minutes,primed the new carb ,one pull and away it went . Saved a lot of time cleaning the old carb which would have been hassle and probably couldn't have done it without an ultrasonic cleaner and that would have ment a trip to the machinery centre and probably have cost more than the new replacement. So 5 stars .
