Customer service was good although took a couple of days on some occasions to get a reply. Refund given, so Great Service.
However this camera is poor quality. Not a good panoramic view as I couldn’t see both my vehicles. Lots of false activations. Only get 6 seconds of playback even with a 64gb SD card. The YIIoT app is poor. They try to force you into paying for cloud for more than the 6 secs and more features. So Pay or don’t get to view what anyone is doing. My ICSee camera is far superior.

The battery that I ordered had a piece of the plastic housing broken when I received it.
The broken piece of plastic was in the battery packaging...
Could have happened during shipping or perhaps before it was shipped.
Either way, my attempts to contact the seller for a replacement were ignored...Which seems to be a reoccurring issue with this seller based on the feedback that I've read ...
Moving forward, I'll be shopping elsewhere...
