great communication from polite and friendly vendor.
the ordered and listed item was unavailable?negotiated a replacement which serviced my requirements. a jvc. with roku service. more complicated but has a reasonable picture. difference in cost was refunded.
dpd delivery was glacially slow. weather a considerable factor.
not too sure about the "no returns" policy. for a new item. also the private seller notice but business style advertising in the listing , which does promise warranty returns.
