    Pic quality not good

    Camera is lovely and looks good on the lcd screen but once taken pics, it doesn't look clear as well as when you print it out too!

    Did not turn on upon arrival

    camera does not turn on or charge. I think the battery is dead and I cant find anywhere to replace it. ive tried to reset the camera and still nothing.
