The item is as described and is working well. The seller put an incorrect address on the package which meant it was delivered on time to the wrong address 2 miles away. I contacted the seller as soon as I received the delivery confirmation but had no package and they have still not responded to myself after 4 days or eBay after 1 day. I contacted my local sorting office who after 1 day were able to correct the error and deliver it to myself. Just as well that we have a really great postman.

Whilst there were a few issues I will say that the buyer was very honest and upfront with the problems that became apparent as they packaged the item up. They additionally went to some lengths to rectify the issue. Ultimately the meter was in great condition and a replacement 3rd party charger eventually arrived and I was left satisfied with the exchange.
