The seller Richer Sounds wanted me to revise my previous Neutral feedback because they didn t understand my point. Seems they only want positive feedback. I stated that the packaging could be better because the way it was packaged the bag seal was not made correctly so the item could easily be taken in transit. The postage bag was folded in half but the entry seal was not made so the item could easily be removed without any tampering. They need to inprove their packing techniques.

Very fast delivery arrived a day earlier than advertised. Very good communication BUT Unfortunately would not price match because of ebay fees. Buy direct from Richer Sounds in future. I could have sent it back for a refund but just didn't want all the hassle. This should be made clear in their advertising! Hence neutral feedback.
