Description states item had press fastening but when arrived it was "all in one" I contacted seller to discuss issue and received a bot reply telling me to make sure the item was charged???? Sent another message saying it was a clothing item got the same bot reply and have heard nothing since. Very poor customer service. Will not use seller again.
