    Old, but still a good value!

    As a very beginner, I didn’t wanted to spend a fortune on camera. This one is well packed with features, and there are so many second-hand compatible lenses available from Minolta!

    the A200 body has many useful features. I particularly like the option to increase the contrast, saturation and sharpness of the image. buying this kit means I can use my existing lenses..

    Great camera lacking a live LCD screen

    I bought this product to use to take more professional eBay pictures for my eBay shop. Love the look and feel of the camera - very well made - love the picture quality and easy to use settings. Don't like the fact that it doesn't have a live LCD screen. If I'd have know about the SLR 310 (I think it's the 310 with live LCD screen)I think that i would have purchased that instead.

    Fantastic solid feel

    MY first DSLR ,Having used the original slrs this was a pleasent surprise with similar features which made it easy to get going. the resulting photos were really clear as good or even better than using SLR .on the basis of this i have renewed my interest in photography once again. really glad i bought this .wow cant say more.

    this is equivalent to both the canon and Nikon but is cheaper than the rivals, it doesn't have large scree view or video but takes good pictures
