    Great product

    Item arrived quicker than expected. Looks very smart not too big. It has the option to add a GPS tracker if you want, but doesn't come in the box. However the front and rear cameras were really easy to install. Instrucrions were simple and easy to understand. It didn't take log to install the 2 cameras and set up the loop recording. Its also set to start as soon as you turn the engine on so no need to keep thinking about switching it on before setting off. It also won't drain the battery when engine is off. Great item, fantastic purchase would recommend to anyone.

    Image resolution is terrible - expected better for the money

    Image quality is terrible. The image from the rear camera is especially poor. Doesn't come close to capturing number plates or high definition which is whats often needed. Very heavy on memory usage also, so the memory card fills up and starts over writing material very quickly. For the money it should be much better - wouldn't buy again

    Get a 32gb micro SD card (and other tips)

    Got this working and its good - picture quality is good - and navigation is easy once you get your head around it. Two points for future purchasers: The spec says you need to get a micro SD card. Series 10 and above. BUT what's not clear is that the SD card needs to be 'FAT 32 formatted' - effectively meaning you need an SD card with MAX 32gb (whilst it's technically possible to format down a higher capacity SD chip, but it looks technically challenging, when buying the correct card in the first place is by far the simplest option!) This may well be common to all dash-cams and similar devises. Secondly, my car is an estate profile, and the cables were just inches too short... but you can buy an inexpensive extension to the data cable for the rear camera & the power lead has an ...

    Great for the money

    The camera is good it doesn't have an internal battery which is a bit annoying. Also the cable for the rear view was shorter than I thought it should be. I had to use some creative routing of the wire. Works great though and the picture playback is crystal clear when paused.

    Really Good Dashcam
