The pencil I received arrived with the pointed lead snapped off at the end. Very disappointing. Also the postage and pscki g cost was utterly extrortianate. I would never purchase from this seller ever again di not recommended anyone buy iff this seller. Also, very strange messages on stickers on the envelope, made me feel very uncomfortable.

Graham, it is sad you had this experience. You didn't know what you paid for until I told you. You would have bought an item without checking the price of it and I told you 1) combined postage is available reduced the overall price of postage and 2) You didn't see there was a discount for the pencil and rubber until I told. I know you regret buying but you could have asked for a refund if you weren't happy and you didn't do that. I asked you to tell me when you got it now I get this. Shameful.
