Phone came in the wrong colour (package says rose gold, which is what I ordered, it's actually space grey) and was four days late. I know it's December but I ordered two other packages on the same day as this phone that came in the 2-3 days as advertised just fine.
I'm saying neutral rather than negative as the phone is fine (not a scratch on it!) and I am happy with it, the seller just needs to be more proactive with the postage and checking the product is as ordered.
