As expected. But that expectation included knowing these don't work at night unless you buy rechargeable batteries. Water protection is marginal, I recommend taping the battery door to seal it. Once mounted high up these are pretty convincing, my neighbour was concerned one was looking partly at his property till I pointed out what they are about, so he at least figured they were real :-)

I had been looking for this item when one came up in Winnipeg. I had no idea what condition it was in and the cost of the banjo and the shipping was more than I could pay.
