    Great for oldies!

    This phone was great for my aged parents who needed a phone quickly when they went into short-term care recently. There was no time to get their own landline transferred and they needed a phone in their room. This phone is great. It is compact, plugs into a base that they find easier to use than a plug-in cord - and it has large lettering on the keys and a large display that they can easily read. The only downside is the quality of sound on the loudspeaker. The speaker is an excellent feature - but the sound is distorted a bit which my mother's hearing aids had difficulty with. Still a great buy though!

    Very Poor Audio/Volume

    I recently bought a TTfone Jupiter 2 Big Button and whilst both my Dad (Aged 90) and I have tried and persevered with it, we've come to the conclusion that it's really not suitable as the volume is so poor unless you speak directly into the microphone, which most people just don't do. I even tried connecting a retro handset just to keep the ear in the correct position whilst directing the voice accurately and whilst this works perfectly on every other phone I tested, it won't work with the TTfone. Sadly the only option my Dad now has is to get a landline installed which was something I really wanted to avoid......particularly nuisance calls. Quite amazing that we have this problem in 2017 with the advancement in phone technology? Don't bother if your user struggles to speak loudly or ...

    Im quite impressed , a basic easy to use mobile phone for the older person. However, Instruction Manual rather small , and not easy to follow .... Had to be shown how to work phone..... Apart from that , i'm quite satisfied with this product
