Unfortunately and likely no fault of the seller the headphones were not genuine apple as described, due to the advanced nature of the copies avaliable it is hard to tell without having to open up the case, negative feedback given only because the issue was raised with the seller and no response was received to the same. Otherwise the item was well packaged and arrived quickly so no issues with the sale and delivery side only the aforementioned authenticity issue.
