I ordered this remote for an older Panasonic LED TV I have. Remote arrived and when attempting to install the 2 AAA batteries I noticed the middle battery spring/terminal was missing. I requested a replacement and it arrived a few days later. Same thing as the last one. No middle battery spring/terminal. This company needs some QC checks in place. Absolutely no excuse to ship the same defect to a customer twice.
