Overall, this does the trick for mounting our 40" Samsung, however-- (1) the "instructions" are basically useless (pictures alone don't do it-- doesn't anyone actually READ anymore?), and (2) because the back of our TV is not completely flat, the metric fasteners provided were just a tiny bit too short. A trip to the local hardware store fixed that issue, but it would have been nice if the manufacturer could have included a few different length bolts.
