Bought this for my daughter. It says new on the sticker on the box but it was obviously not new and it has never worked. The sticker was placed over an older one so I'm guessing it was "refurbished" There were only two spools of paper in the box, not three. And the paper was partly unrolled. It doesn't turn on despite charging and trying the reset button. I missed the return window so I'm stuck with this garbage. It won't turn on at all. My daughter is super disappointed.
