Great can holder. Fits NATO cans perfectly. Base will fit Scepter 5 gallon jugs as well, not sure why some people said they don't fit, maybe they've changed the product? The original strap needs to be modified for the Scepters, or just make one. Paint quality is good overall, I sprayed some additional paint down into the cavities between the welded sections. Hard to beat this holder for the price.

I ordered the cheapest jerry can holder on Amazon knowing I had to modify anything I bought. That said, here's my thoughts on this from the perspective of not needing to modify it.

The welds are sparce and bad. The bottom straps are just tacked on and really do need to be welded on better.

The paint, and it is paint, is cheap and doesn't cover completely. In the seams there is no paint and within a couple weeks of unboxing it rust developed very obviously. If you just bolt it on the rust will no doubt drip on anything you have under it.

The strap that latches the can down are hinged and the hinges don't move well. They are way too tight and when you do get them to move it scrapes the paint off.

Now if you need one to kinda cut up a bit and make fit a custom bumper it works, but I don't think I would buy it again even for that purpose.
